This position involves supporting US Government customers, particularly within the Intelligence Community, in designing and implementing cloud storage solutions. The role requires active TS/SCI security clearance with polygraph, and the candidate will be a subject matter expert in AWS storage services, influencing product development and guiding large-scale customer projects. Responsibilities include developing white papers, reference architectures, and providing thought leadership through public speaking and writing.

Key responsibilities include:

• Be a SME on AWS storage services for customers and internal teams.
• Gather customer feedback to influence AWS product features.
• Unblock technical challenges for critical customer needs.
• Develop and share best practices via blogs, whitepapers, and conferences.
• Partner with sales to define technical solutions and strategies.
• Support community of AWS technical experts and create enablement materials.

Qualifications include:

• 3+ years in applications/infrastructure design, implementation, or consulting.
• 3+ years in relevant technology domains (cloud, security, networking, etc.).
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent certifications (e.g., CASP+, CCSP, Cloud+).
• 3+ years of on-premises and cloud storage experience.
• Active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph.

Preferred qualifications:

• Experience in enterprise storage systems and migration to cloud.
• AWS Solution Architect certification or equivalent cloud expertise.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
