Warehouse Associates needed in Phillipsburg, NJ at Flexport! Multiple first shifts available earning $18.50/hour. The role includes picking, packing, sorting shipping, and receiving of various products. Overtime opportunity available too! Event Details: Flexport3000 Rand Blvd.,Phillipsburg, NJ 08865*Please bring ID to complete I-9 forms. Available Shifts: 7am to 5pm

• Sunday-Wednesday
• Wednesday to Saturday
• Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday

• Receive and put away inventory
• Pack and ship orders according to customer specifications
• Load boxes into trucks for shipment
• Maintain accurate inventory records
• Scan and label inventory items
• Organize and store inventory in a safe and efficient manner
• Troubleshoot problems
• Operate and maintain warehouse equipment
• Keep the warehouse clean and organized
• Follow all safety procedures
• Report any safety hazards or concerns immediately
• Communicate effectively with other warehouse team members

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a warehouse or similar environment
• Lift up to 49 pounds
• Push utility cards up to 60 pounds
• Use carts, dollies, hand trucks and other gear to move items around
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to follow instructions and work safely
