Job #: 135062 Title: Stocker Location: Fort Madison Area Salary Range: 12.00 Position: Stocker Description: We are seeking a dependable and hard-working individual to join our team as a Stocker and Truck Unloader. This position plays a vital role in keeping store clean, organized, and well-stocked. As a member of our team, you'll assist with unloading delivery trucks, stocking shelves, maintaining cleanliness, and performing light maintenance duties to ensure a welcoming shopping environment for store customers. Key Responsibilities:

• Unload and organize deliveries from trucks, checking for accuracy and condition of items
• Stock shelves, coolers, and displays according to store standards and rotation practices (FIFO)
• Maintain cleanliness of the store including sweeping, mopping, and wiping down surfaces
• Assist with light maintenance tasks (e.g., changing light bulbs, minor repairs, taking out trash)
• Break down boxes and manage cardboard and recycling
• Monitor product levels and alert management to low stock or inventory concerns
• Change to monitor product inventory and order for warehouse delivery twice weekly
• Follow all safety procedures when using equipment or handling goods
• Provide friendly and helpful customer service when approached
• Perform other tasks and duties as assigned by management

Qualifications:

• Previous retail, stocker, or warehouse experience preferred but not required
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand, bend, and reach for extended periods
• Strong work ethic with a positive attitude and willingness to help where needed
• Reliable and punctual with good attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
