The Recipe for Success: As our Stock Associate, you are responsible for a variety of duties, the first of which is providing exceptional customer service, internally and externally. You contribute to the store's success by supporting the management team with merchandising, stocking, and maintaining visual standards - just to name a few. Because you are nimble, you can jump into any activity as needed to support the business - with a smile on your face. You thrive in a team environment while also working well independently. What's on your daily menu?
  • Receive, unpack, and organize merchandise
  • Label or ticket products and enter data into the system
  • Replenish sales floor, organize according to planograms, and maintain visual standards
  • Keep the stockroom and floor organized, clean, and safe
  • Perform operational tasks to support business needs and drive store sales
  • Follow safety and loss-prevention protocols
What's on your seasonal menu?
  • Assist in preparing merchandise for seasonal inventory and full store resets
  • Perform cycle counts, year-end/year-start inventory, or seasonal stocktake
  • Execute markdowns, re-ticketing, and seasonal price adjustments
  • Support storewide visual setup, display refreshing, and merchandising resets
The Perfect Blend: Your Ingredients for Success:
  • Must be 18 years of age
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Knowledge of back of house functions, including receiving, shipping, inventory, replenishment, stockroom organization, and visual standards
  • Proficiency using POS, laptop, and handheld systems
  • Ability to meet productivity goals while supporting store teams and customers
  • Ability to be mobile on the sales floor and in the stockroom for extended periods of time
  • Ability to climb ladders and lift to 25 pounds
  • Authentic passion for cooking, baking, and entertaining
  • Prior specialty retail and/or stock experience preferred
