Position Overview
This role supports the General Manager in leading retail operations and team management. The ideal candidate exemplifies professionalism, motivation, and teamwork, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
Job Functions

- Implement inventory control and cash handling procedures
- Set and exceed sales targets through performance analysis and strategic planning
- Ensure compliance with all regulations and standards
- Resolve customer and employee concerns professionally
- Maintain HR documentation and assess team members' development needs
- Delegate tasks effectively in collaboration with the General Manager
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Minimum 21 years old
- At least 2 years of retail management experience
- 2-3 years in retail/hospitality management
- Open availability including days, nights, holidays, and weekends
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Physical Demands
- Prolonged standing, sitting, and working on a computer
- Ability to stand, bend, kneel, squat, and twist for extended periods
Schedule
- Up to 40 hours per week on-site, with overtime as needed
- Mandatory meetings on Mondays or Tuesdays and Tuesdays or Wednesdays
