Job Summary:

Seeking a highly experienced Stibo Architect to lead and guide the delivery of the Stibo STEP MDM solution using industry best practices. This role involves driving workshops, leading design discussions, and executing detailed solution implementation and integration.

Experience:

• Total Experience: 12 – 14 years

• Relevant Stibo/MDM Experience: Minimum 3 years in a leadership role

• Industry Experience: Minimum 8 years

Top Required Skills:

• Technical Skills:

o Stibo MDM / STEP platform

o Java / JavaScript

o SQL, XML, Linux, Web Services

• Others:

o Software development

o Data and database design

Nice to Have Skills:

• Additional MDM/PIM implementation experience

• Exposure to multiple domains

Responsibilities:

• Lead all phases of Stibo STEP implementation projects

• Facilitate requirements gathering and high-level design workshops

• Guide creation and execution of data governance strategies, including:

o Policies, roles, responsibilities, processes, controls, and rules

• Draft detailed design documents and define technical specifications

• Configure, build, and unit test STEP components such as data structures, workflows, roles, and portals

• Lead the design and unit testing of data migration components

• Mentor and train team members on STEP implementation and best practices

• Support integration testing, system testing, and user acceptance testing

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure successful solution delivery

Educational Qualification:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
