Safety & Environmental Training Development - Design, implement, and maintain training programs for occupational and process safety, environmental compliance, and Celanese safety systems. - Deliver behavioral-based and technical training tailored to employee and contractor needs. - Ensure training plans are aligned with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and site-specific risks. Stewardship Transformation & Learning Culture - Lead the site-level implementation of the Stewardship transformation effort. - Develop and support a dynamic Learning Center focused on continuous improvement and high-impact learning experiences. - Promote safety knowledge-sharing across departments and facilitate site-wide engagement in Stewardship practices.
