Sterilization/Warehouse PAO - Broken Bow, NE - Becton, Dickinson & Company : Job Details

Under the direction of the Shipping/ Receiving/ Sterilization Facilitator, the PAO assumes theregular duties of, or temporary replacement duties for, all direct and indirect positions within(Sterilization, Shipping and Receiving) Material Control Departments, except for the positions of. Shipping Coordinator, Receiving Coordinator, Lead Warehouser and Lead Sterilization. Operator/ Scheduler. PAOs will enter the position as a pay grade six (6) and must demonstratethe needed knowledge, skills, and competency of the jobs within their department to advance tothe next pay grade. The jobs advancement progression is explained in the table below. Sterilization warehouse PAOs must demonstrate the needed knowledge, skills, and competencyof the job required for a specific pay grade before they can advance to the next pay grade level. Sterilization/ Warehouse PAOs must demonstrate the needed knowledge, skills, and competencyof the three jobs listed below within nine (9) months.
