8 am to 4 pm

40 hrs/week

Are you a sterile processing pro with a passion for teaching? Join our team as a CPD Educator! You'll lead training, orientation, and competency development for new and existing techs — helping ensure safe, high-quality care behind the scenes.

✅ What You'll Do:

🧠 Train and mentor CPD staff

📚 Develop and lead education programs

🔄 Ensure compliance with industry standards

🤝 Collaborate with OR and clinical teams

📊 Support quality improvement initiatives

🧾 Requirements:

Associate's degree required (Bachelor's preferred)

HSPA or CBSPD certification

3–5 years as CPD Educator/Supervisor or 5–7 years as Tech

Strong teaching, leadership, and communication skills
