Statewide Remodeling, a Renuity Company, is actively hiring Retail Sales Representatives to join our team across the greater Dallas-Fort Worth area. If you're looking for a career with paid training, full benefits, and the opportunity to grow quickly, this is your chance.

Role Overview:

• Engage face-to-face with customers at big box retail stores and events
• Promote our home remodeling services and set appointments for free in-home consultations
• Represent the brand with professionalism and enthusiasm
• Collaborate with your team to meet and exceed daily and weekly goals

Ideal Backgrounds:

While prior experience is a plus, we welcome entry-level candidates with strong interpersonal skills. Backgrounds that often succeed in this role include:

• Retail sales, customer service, or call center
• Restaurant, hospitality, or event staff
• Brand ambassadors or promotional staff
• Fast food or quick-service team members

Qualifications:

• Must have weekend availability
• Friendly, positive attitude with strong communication skills
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented
• Must pass a criminal background check
