Comprehensive service delivery for Global Fund Managements financial, regulatory, and board reporting and fund registration capabilities. Develop and implement a global approach to the formulation, oversight, governance, and maintenance of Accounting, Reporting, Fund Registration policies and procedures. Drive continuous improvement through the use of technology and by collaborating with cross-functional teams; provide expertise in best practices that is extensible to other functions across Global Funds Management, and the enterprise. Develop and employ operating and production models and rhythm that support global scale alongside regional-specific needs, nuances, and regulation and supports financially sound business practices. Proven familiarity with continuous improvement approaches (e.g., business process design, documentation, management, and optimization); organization design; and use of technology and digitization mediums including automation and workflow tools is essential.
