Overview

Starting at $60,000 General Manager role at McDonald's. Full compensation package: starting at $60,000 – $75,000/year, plus full benefits and bonus package. Compensation is contingent on managerial and QSR experience and skills for a General Manager position.

Responsibilities

• Run a profitable restaurant and ensure McDonald's standards of Quality, Service, and Cleanliness are met.
• Work with your leader to set restaurant goals and create a plan to achieve them.
• Lead a team of Department Managers, supporting them to set goals, monitor progress, and provide coaching and direction to improve their departments.
• Hire and develop Department and Shift Managers to ensure the restaurant has the right team for the future.

Qualifications

• Previous General Manager experience in high-volume locations.
• Background in quick-service restaurants is strongly desired, or experience in hospitality or retail.
• Must be 18 years or older to be a manager in corporate-owned and operated restaurants.
