• Providing exceptional service in a warm, welcoming environment
• Preparing drinks according to Starbucks specifications
• Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the kiosk
• Stocking supplies from backroom storage
• Cleaning counters and tables for customers
• Ensuring the kiosk is clean and ready for the next shift
• Completing weekly reports, merchandising, scheduling, and inventory tasks

• Training team members to Starbucks qualifications and updating product knowledge
• Completing Starbucks Initial and Advanced Store Training
• Adhering to product shelf life guidelines
• Following cash handling policies to minimize discrepancies
• Maintaining dress code and wearing name tags

Ability to lift 60 lbs occasionally, exert force of 25-60 lbs frequently, and perform tasks requiring dexterity. Must stand and move throughout the shift, and handle equipment safely.
