Daily Operations:

• Providing exceptional customer service in a warm and welcoming environment
• Making all drinks accurately per Starbucks specifications
• Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the kiosk
• Stocking supplies from backroom storage
• Keeping counters and tables clean
• Ensuring the kiosk is clean and ready for the next shift
• Completing weekly reports, merchandising, scheduling, and inventory tasks

Standards and Training:

• Training team members to Starbucks qualifications and staying updated on product knowledge
• Completing Starbucks Initial and Advanced Store Training
• Adhering to product shelf life guidelines
• Following company policies on cash handling and dress code

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift 60 lbs occasionally and exert force frequently
• Dexterous use of both hands
• Standing, moving between workstations, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling
• Using knives and sharp instruments safely
