Position: Full Time - Mid Level

Reports Directly To: Store Director, Assistant Store Director, Grocery Manager, Starbuck's Director

Reports To: All Starbuck's Associates

Team Objective: Pyramid Foods supports local communities and is dedicated to providing quality food and service at the best prices. In our friendly, flexible team environment, you will help deliver outstanding service and high-quality Starbucks beverages in a clean, welcoming atmosphere.

Daily Operations:

• Provide exceptional service and a welcoming atmosphere for all customers
• Accurately prepare drinks according to Starbucks specifications
• Maintain a clean and organized kiosk
• Stock supplies from backroom storage
• Keep counters and tables clean for customers
• Ensure the kiosk is clean and ready for the next shift
• Complete weekly reports, merchandising, paperwork, schedules, and monthly inventory for perishables

Company Standards:

• Train team members to meet Starbucks qualifications and stay updated on product knowledge
• Complete Starbucks Initial Store Training (IST) & Advanced Store Training (AST)
• Follow product shelf life guidelines
• Adhere to Pyramid Foods cash handling policies to achieve low cash over/short
• Follow dress code and wear name tags as per company policies

Physical and Basic Functions:

Must be able to lift 60 lbs occasionally, exert 25-60 lbs force frequently, and 10-20 lbs constantly. Ability to stand, move, lift, carry, push, and pull. Use of knives and sharp instruments for food prep. Ability to work on slippery floors and perform physical tasks such as stooping, kneeling, reaching, and working on various workstations.
