Daily Operations:

• Provide exceptional service in a warm, welcoming atmosphere
• Make drinks accurately according to Starbucks specifications
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the Starbucks kiosk
• Stock supplies from backroom storage
• Keep counters and tables clean for customers
• Ensure the kiosk is clean and ready for the next shift
• Complete weekly reports, merchandising, scheduling, and inventory tasks

Company Standards:

• Train team members to Starbucks qualifications and stay updated on product knowledge
• Complete Starbucks Initial and Advanced Store Training
• Follow product shelf life guidelines
• Adhere to cash handling policies with accuracy
• Follow dress code and wear name tags

Physical Requirements:

Must be able to lift 60 lbs occasionally, exert 25-60 lbs frequently, and perform tasks requiring dexterity. Ability to stand, move, lift, carry, push, and pull as needed, and work on potentially slippery floors.
