Create the Starbucks experience for Food City shoppers by providing prompt service, quality beverages and products, and maintaining a clean and comfortable environment. Essential Job Functions:Ensure efficient and courteous customer service at all times in support of the company mission to Run the Best Store in Town!Take customer orders, ensure orders are completed in a timely manner, and to the customers satisfaction. Prepare, bagging, pouring, and stocking Starbucks products, rotating items to ensure product quality and safety. Maintain a positive and friendly attitude towards customers and fellow associates. Engage with customer, offering product information, using suggestive selling techniques, and sampling products. Process cash register transactions using POS system.
