*Only Opened to Enrolled Members (July 18th, 2025 - July 23rd, 2025)*Position: Star Club Lead Supervisor Hourly: $23.50 - Negotiable Location: Gaming Division Reports to: Player Development Manager Responsibilities:
  • Recruit, hire, train, and evaluate the performance of Star Club Supervisors and Representatives, providing ongoing guidance and support.
  • Oversee daily operations of the Player Rewards Club and the bus charter group program.
  • Manage member enrollment at the club and on the gaming floor, ensuring accurate data entry.
  • Effectively communicate with guests and team members regarding program updates, promotions, and benefits.
  • Lead the Player Rewards Club team in executing promotions and special events, ensuring exceptional guest experiences.
  • Deliver outstanding guest service to loyalty program members, addressing inquiries and concerns promptly.
  • Coordinate with bus/charter vendors and internal departments to develop and maintain bus schedules, ensuring efficient operations.
  • Assign Player Rewards Club Representatives to manage the bus program, including greeting, enrolling, and redeeming offers for bus guests.
  • Track, analyze, and generate reports related to the bus program's performance.
  • Recommend improvements for the Player Rewards Club and bus/charter programs to the Player Development Manager or Marketing Director.
  • Adhere to all established rules, regulations, procedures, and policies of North Star Mohican Casino Resort and the Marketing Department.
  • Comply with the Casino's Drug and Alcohol-Free Workplace Policy during employment.
  • Maintain compliance with all workplace policies, procedures, ordinances, laws, and other communicated expectations, including but not limited to the Employment Manual, Gaming Ordinance, State Gaming Compact, Tribal Internal Controls, and departmental procedures.
  • Understand that the above responsibilities are not exhaustive and may be subject to change based on organizational needs or at the discretion of the department manager.
Qualifications & Education:
  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Associate degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Hospitality, or a closely related field preferred; or a minimum of two (2) years of relevant experience in a casino setting, particularly in Player Rewards Club, Guest Service, or executing promotions and special events.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and personal computers, with strong organizational and analytical skills, and excellent communication and customer relations abilities. Experience with casino management systems is a plus.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a Mohican Nation Gaming License, including passing a Criminal Investigation Background Check (CIB) and pre-employment screenings.
  • Availability to work weekends, nights, and holidays.
Work Conditions:
  • Frequent walking, sitting, and use of hands; occasional standing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, and lifting up to 25 pounds.
  • Close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, and depth perception required, frequent hand movements necessary.
  • Work is performed in an office or casino setting, with moderate to high noise levels.
  • The environment is non-smoking and dust-free.
