Staples Promotional Products: Special Order Account Representative - Staples : Job Details

Provide product ideas, quotes, purchase order execution, and customer service relating to promotional and proprietary products and services that fall outside of the standard programs. Respond directly to Sales Representative and customer inquiries while working towards high proficiency in most aspects of the role. Develop customer relations directly through customer or sales representative for assigned book of business to prepare quotes based upon order specifications. Research possible solutions utilizing company systems, merchandise, sourcing and selling products from our stock line and approved suppliers and provide solutions to the customer. Examine customer expectations to develop and present recommendations to customers for approval. Utilize company systems combined with work experience for pricing application for larger volumes.
