Staffing - Warehouse Associate - Compunnel : Job Details

Job Summary: Warehouse Associates are responsible for performing physical tasks related to picking, staging, and packing finished goods for domestic and international orders. This role ensures that procedures are followed and customer specifications are met. The position includes regular use of forklifts and pallet jacks and requires working in ambient and cold storage environments. Key Responsibilities: • Perform physical tasks associated with picking, staging, and packing finished goods. • Work closely with warehouse supervisor to plan and prioritize daily shipments. • Compile and maintain records of business transactions for each shipment. • Use forklift and pallet jack to retrieve goods from storage locations. • Pull finished goods and distribute to packing stations per pick sheet/batch instructions. • Pack goods according to product and customer specifications. • Verify labels, seals, and product condition before shipping. • Follow packaging requirements for temperature-controlled shipments. • Ensure proper freight and postal charges are calculated. • Use computer systems to retrieve warehouse data and run standard reports. • Perform other duties as assigned based on business needs. Required Qualifications: • High school diploma or equivalent. • Minimum 12 months of warehouse experience. • Familiarity with ERP systems. • Ability to stand for entire shift and lift/move up to 50 lbs regularly, and up to 100 lbs occasionally. Preferred Qualifications: • Skilled/high-level forklift experience. Education: High School
