Staffing & Operations Specialist, Remote (TEMP)-FlexStaff - Northwell Health : Job Details

Executes Flex. Staff staffing strategy for assigned areas to ensure client needs are met. Receives and fulfills staffing requests of clinical and non-clinical contingent staff for assigned areas throughout Northwell Health. Collaborates with clinical and non-clinical leaders to manage and align employee resources against site needs. Responsibilities: Monitors staffing needs for specified areas and ensures support expectations are met. Reviews and submits temp profiles against long term staffing needs. Reviews and confirms temp short-term requests to support daily needs. Monitors and updates all long-term orders in Flex. Staff database to ensure accuracy. Documents daily communications between site/staff in Flex. Staff database. Initiates and promotes process improvement opportunities, as necessary.
