Our Staffing Coordinator/ Scheduler organizes and prepares work schedules for staff to ensure that all shifts are covered each day. Coordinates referrals with appropriate services and staff members. Coordinates 24-hour work schedules including coverage for call offs and approved time off requests using company scheduling software Effectively manage schedules to fairly distribute work hours and keep overtime to a minimum.
