What You'll Be Doing

• Coordinate caregiver schedules to ensure smooth service
• Serve as the communication link between families and caregivers
• Keep team members informed and supported
• Assist with recruiting and onboarding new caregivers
• Provide occasional support to nearby Comfort Keepers offices

Requirements - Please Read Carefully We're looking for someone who is reliable, organized, and ready to grow with us long-term To be considered, you must meet all of the following:

• Be 18 years of age or older
• Have a valid driver's license, proof of insurance, and a reliable vehicle
• Live within 10-20 miles of the Lehighton office
• Be available to work Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM
• Experience in staffing or scheduling is preferred, but we're happy to train someone dependable and eager to learn
