Job Title: Agency Staffing Coordinator

Pay: $25–$28/hr

Schedule: Onsite | Mon–Fri, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM

A growing team in the social services and healthcare staffing space is looking for a Staffing Coordinator to help recruit top talent and support client growth. This is a fast-paced, phone-heavy role ideal for someone with at least 1 year of recruiting or sales experience.

What You'll Do

• Source and place candidates quickly
• Support client account growth
• Lead recruitment strategies and team performance
• Attend job fairs and networking events
• Use job boards and social media to find talent

You Bring

• 1+ year of recruiting or sales experience
• Strong communication and time management skills
• Comfort making high-volume outreach calls
• Familiarity with LinkedIn and job boards
