What Youll Be Doing
- Coordinate caregiver schedules to ensure smooth service
- Serve as the communication link between families and caregivers
- Keep team members informed and supported
- Assist with recruiting and onboarding new caregivers
- Provide occasional support to nearby Comfort Keepers offices
Requirements Please Read CarefullyWere looking for someone who is reliable, organized, and ready to grow with us long-term.To be considered, you must meet all of the following:
- Be 18 years of age or older
- Have a valid drivers license, proof of insurance, and a reliable vehicle
- Live within 1020 miles of the Tunkhannock office
- Be available to work Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM 5:00 PM
- Experience in staffing or scheduling is preferred, but were happy to train someone dependable and eager to learn

Required qualifications:
- Legally authorized to work in the United States
- 18 years or older
Preferred qualifications:
- Dress code requirements: Natural hair color
- 6+ months of experience in the personal care & services industry
- At least high school diploma or equivalent or higher
- Own a personal vehicle
- Valid driver's license
- Valid auto liability insurance
- Background check
- Motor Vehicle Report (MVR) Review
- Drug screening
- Management skills: hiring and onboarding
