Job Title: Staffing Coordinator Location: Allentown, PA Duration: 7 MonthsJob Summary
- The Staffing Coordinator is responsible for coordinating all activities related to onboarding and offboarding internal and external employees within the customer organization.
- This includes managing HR onboarding documentation, systems access, hardware requests, compliance tracking, and coordination with HR, IT, and operations teams to ensure a smooth start and exit process.
Key Responsibilities Onboarding Coordination
- Document and maintain the onboarding process for internal employees and vendor hires.
- Set up new employees in the HRIS system.
- Partner with HR to track the status of new hires during background checks and drug testing, ensuring readiness for the start date.
- Coordinate with business operations support to determine required system access for different groups of hires.
- Order hardware for internal personnel and coordinate remote desktop access for vendor personnel via IT tickets.
- Ensure completion of mandatory online onboarding training.
- Provide employees with first-day instructions, including required program downloads and account activations.
- Distribute manuals, passwords, and guidelines as needed.
Administrative and Compliance Management
- Maintain onboarding status documentation, including IT ticket progress for hardware and software.
- Safely manage sensitive and confidential information from vendor agents.
- Oversee compliance and audit-related activities, including weekly timesheets, attendance, and tracking continuing education for hires in training.
- Escalate HR or technical issues to supervisors, vendor managers, and the training team.
Offboarding Management
- Process and maintain offboarding documentation for both internal and vendor hires.
Other Duties
- Perform additional tasks and projects as assigned.
Required Qualifications
- Basic proficiency in MS Office.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.
