Job Description :

We are looking for a friendly, organized, patient, and great with communication skills individual to add to our office. Must be able to work independently in a fast paced environment and maintain confidentiality information at all times. Staffing Coordinator is responsible for answering the phone in a friendly manor, answering questions, adding and maintaining changing schedules for clients in the healthcare industry. Responsibilities

  • Create and maintain client and CareGiver schedules with an emphasis on creating high quality matches.
  • Ensure all client and CareGiver shifts are filled with a qualified and matching individual.
  • Follow up with all client and CareGiver issues to ensure problems or concerns are resolved.
  • Answer incoming calls in a friendly, professional and knowledgeable manner.
  • Work well as part of a small team by demonstrating open and effective communication.
  • Some on-call remote nights and weekends are required to address any staffing issues/concerns or additional clients onboarding.
Qualifications
  • Must have the ability to organize and prioritize daily work.
  • Must demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to listen effectively.
  • Must have the ability to work independently, maintain confidentiality of information and meet deadlines.
  • Must demonstrate effective interpersonal skills as well as sound judgment and good decision making skills.
  • Must have a valid drivers license.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to think outside the box.
  • Have a can do attitude and ability to problem solve effectively.
