• Coordinate assigned staff to nursing units and facilities.
• Maintain database regarding agency staff, including external, internal, and Texas Float Pool.
• Serve as a resource for staff and leadership for scheduling and payroll systems.

**Qualifications**

• High School Diploma/GED
• Minimum of 2 years in clerical, staffing, or patient placement; inpatient staffing experience preferred.

**Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities**

• Effective communication
• Knowledge of nursing principles and patient care processes
• Critical thinking skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills (written and verbal)
• Basic computer skills
