Staffing Coordinator Friday-Monday - KVC Health Systems : Job Details

Must be 20 years old to apply. Pre-employment drug screen, physical and background check required.Pay Rate:$21-$23 per hour depending on education and experience.Education Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources or related field preferred. High School diploma or GED required. Licensure/Certification:Valid driver's license and auto insurance. Experience Requirements: Minimum of two years supervisory experience. Experience in a 24/7 work environment with staffing and scheduling responsibility preferred. Basic knowledge of employment law required. Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook email required. Shift available is Friday-Monday from 10am-8pm.The Staffing Coordinator for Camber Mental Health (CMH) will have the experience and drive to work independently and successfully to meet growth and staffing objectives. They are responsible for ensuring all shifts are fully staffed and in compliance. The Staffing Coordinator is often the first person direct care candidates will meet, so a welcoming presence and positive attitude are required. The Staffing Coordinator will help ensure local adherence to the Department of Labor (DOL) and Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) regulations. Additionally, they serve as a liaison with the Human Resources Department on recruiting needs and are responsible for championing, and adhering to, the policies and processes involved with the recruiting, hiring and onboarding of employees, training, and staffing. While the schedule for the Staffing Coordinator is primarily Monday through Friday, this role requires flexibility in order to ensure recruiting and staffing expectations are met.
