We are currently seeking a highly driven, sales-focused Branch Manager to lead our Jackson, MI office. This is not your typical management role, success in this position hinges on your ability to sell, generate new business, and build strong client relationships. Approximately 75% of your time will be dedicated to selling staffing services, expanding accounts, and establishing long-term partnerships in the light industrial sector. Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively prospect, develop, and close new business opportunities with light industrial employers in the local market.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through in-person meetings, networking events, cold calls, and site visits.
  • Understand each client's unique workforce challenges and provide customized staffing solutions.
  • Oversee the recruitment, selection, and assignment of qualified temporary employees to meet client requirements.
  • Monitor daily operations and ensure compliance with employment regulations, client expectations, and company standards.
  • Collaborate with a strong internal support team (Staffing Specialists and recruiters) to deliver excellent service.
  • Analyze performance metrics and prepare client and internal reports on branch activity, sales growth, and retention.
  • Manage and develop internal team members to promote a high-performance, service-driven culture.
Qualifications:
  • Demonstrated success in sales, in the staffing, HR, or service industries.
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed new business development goals.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Experience managing client accounts in a staffing or light industrial setting is a plus.
  • Excellent problem-solving, negotiation, and decision-making capabilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and staffing/CRM software.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred but not required with relevant experience.
