Staffing Assistant (Part Time) - The Cleveland Cavaliers : Job Details

The Staffing Assistant (Part Time) supports the Staffing Operations Manager with a variety of administrative and operational functions. This role is responsible for developing, coordinating, and posting work schedules for Guest Services Team Leaders, Guest Services Team Members, Event Security Sergeants, and Event Security Officers. The Staffing Assistant (Part Time) also assists with recruitment, hiring, and retention efforts, ensures compliance with departmental and union requirements, and maintains accurate administrative records. This is an event-based position; work hours will vary depending on the Rocket Arena event schedule (IE. - Cavs games, Monsters games, Concerts, Special Events, etc.), including evenings, weekends, and some holidays. On average, this role is expected to work approx. 15-30 hours per week. Additional duties may be assigned by the Staffing Operations Manager.
