We are seeking a dynamic and client-focused Staffing Account Manager to help manage and grow client relationships while ensuring seamless delivery of talent across various industries.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts, maintaining strong relationships with hiring managers and MSP/VMS contacts.
  • Understand client hiring needs, culture, and business goals to deliver high-quality staffing solutions.
  • Manage the end-to-end fulfillment process for open job requisitions, including candidate submission, interview coordination, feedback, and onboarding.
  • Work closely with the recruiting team to ensure the timely submission of qualified candidates.
  • Track and report performance metrics, fill ratios, and client satisfaction.
  • Ensure compliance with client-specific SLAs, onboarding requirements, and contract terms.
  • Collaborate with internal departments (payroll, compliance, onboarding) to resolve client or candidate issues efficiently.
  • Support business development by identifying growth opportunities within existing accounts.
  • Participate in weekly account meetings, QBRs, and status reviews with clients and internal stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in staffing, talent acquisition, or account management (preferably in healthcare, IT, or professional services).
  • Strong understanding of VMS/MSP programs and contingent workforce models.
  • Excellent communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in ATS/CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, Human Resources, or related field preferred.
