About the role:
Were looking for a Staff UX Researcher who brings a proven ability to lead high-impact research, shape product strategy, and guide cross-functional priorities through insight and collaboration. In this role, youll take ownership of complex, multi-method research initiatives that influence decisions across product, design, engineering, marketing, and analytics. Youll operate as a strategic partner to frame problems, align teams, and elevate the role of research in delivering outcomes that serve both member needs and business goals.

This role is hybrid to our NYC office, 3 days per week in office.
