Staff Systems Engineer - Telephonics Corporation : Job Details

The candidate would lead a multidisciplinary development team in the definition, design and test of complex radar systems, and include some of the following tasks:Entire systems life cycle design and compliance with the technical requirements of the project. System requirements decomposition, derivation and allocation to the individual engineering disciplines. Oversee development of system architecture views to satisfy performance requirements, cost, risk, producibility, operational and logistical suitability, growth and scalability issues, etc. Lead Customer Interface and Interaction through Technical Interchange Meetings, Design Reviews, Training Sessions and Verification events. Post Delivery Field Testing/ Support including analysis of Targets. Education and Experience:Bachelors degree in in Engineering, Physics or Mathematics from a four-year college, Masters is preferred.
