Salary $180,000 - $250,000 per year

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Staff Storage Engineer to join our dynamic and rapidly expanding team in the blockchain industry. This is a unique opportunity to work with cutting-edge technologies and contribute to the development of innovative solutions that will revolutionize the future. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in Rust and Storage development.

• Work with a world-class team.
• Potential to earn $500k with base + equity + tokens.

• Work on our state-of-the-art compaction-less database, Firewood.
• Be a primary contributor to our blockchain-optimized storage engine that can be used to launch high-performance L1s.

• Demonstrated capability in the software storage area (open source code or published work is a bonus).
• Experience working on embedded database systems, especially those optimized for key storage.
• Knowledge of data serialization formats for efficient storage.
• Expert blockchain fundamentals and understanding of state synchronizations.
• Deep understanding of trie structures and their operations.
• Must have Rust AND Golang, C++, or C.
