We're looking for a self-motivated, fast-moving engineer who thrives in ambiguity and can ship high-impact features in a dynamic startup environment. You'll own problems end-to-end, ask the right questions, and build the future of industrial software—fast.
What You'll Do
- Rapidly ship production features (TypeScript React, Postgres).
- Build critical features to automate quoting, sales, fulfillment, and workflow operations.
- Architect and implement vertical AI agents tailored to the unique needs of metal suppliers.
- Help shape the technical vision for our AI-native ERP, CRM, and eCommerce ecosystem.
- Collaborate directly with the CEO and Engineering Lead to drive fast, iterative execution.
- Develop scalable infrastructure to onboard customers quickly and support high growth.
- Thrive in ambiguity, make decisions quickly, and own end-to-end delivery in a high-velocity environment.
- Commit to a serious execution pace — we move fast, and so should you.
You Should Have
- 5+ years experience with a track record of promotions.
- Strong TypeScript, React, and Postgres skills.
- Comfort with ambiguity and fast-changing priorities.
- High ownership mindset and a bias toward action.
- Ability to learn fast, ask smart questions, and operate independently.
