Staff Software Development Engineer L5 - Inovalon : Job Details

Take ownership of ensuring detailed design, analysis, testing, and optimization. Set direction/goals for the team regarding project impact, product quality and engineering efficiency. Lead major initiatives, projects, teams, rollouts and phased releases. Collaborate with other engineers, services across Inovalon, and external customers to understand requirements, have tight feedback loop that is data driven. Adhere to all confidentiality, HIPAA, regulatory, and other such policies, procedures, and requirements as outlined within Employers Operating Policies and Procedures in all ways and at all times with respect to any aspect of the data handled or services rendered in the scope of work. Maintain compliance with Inovalons policies, procedures and mission statement, and fulfill those responsibilities and/or duties that may be reasonably provided by Inovalon for the purpose of achieving operational and financial success.
