The Staff Services Manager I, will serve as the Resource and Hiring Manager and is responsible for directing the activities of the administrative staff of two offices of the North Bay Region. In this Roll the SSM I, plans, organizes, and performs the most complex administrative tasks. These tasks include management and supervision of administrative and support staff, development and coordination of budget and personnel activities, working with the District Office staff and Maintenance Operations. Incumbent is responsible for supporting the Maintenance and Operations management personnel with financial and personnel services to enable them to manage their respective branches in a professional, confidential, and productive manner.
