Staff Research Associate III - UCLA Health : Job Details

The UCLA Brain Tumor Imaging Laboratory (BTIL) in the Department of Radiological Sciences is seeking a Research Associate to oversee the operations of its preclinical MRI facility. In this role, you'll manage the day-to-day activities of the MRI lab, operate the 3 T preclincal MRI scanner, collaborate with a variety of investigators, and support ongoing technical development efforts and transitional imaging projects. You will also be responsible for maintaining scanner quality assurance as well as ensuring safety and regulatory compliance. This is a key position for candidates eager to contribute to cutting-edge cancer research in a highly collaborative and technically advanced academic environment. The ideal candidate would have prior experience with MRI Physics and image processing.
