Direct Hire

Location: Office based in Elmsford, NY (free parking) but covers territory in North part of the Bronx also WC county, Putnam, Rockland and orange county

Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:30am-5pm; they must be flexible to occasionally work off hours/weekends when there are new patients and at times there are calls after hours.

Must-haves

• 2 years of experience as a Registered Nurse (has to be at least 2 years)
• Experience working in inpatient, ICU, homecare/home health, or similar (client wants to avoid outpatient focused backgrounds)

Day-to-Day

A leading Home Health Care company in Elmsford, NY is seeking a dedicated Clinical Nurse Manager. This role involves a blend of office work and client visits, with a minimum of one visit per month per client. The Clinical Nurse Manager will oversee nurses providing one-on-one private duty nursing care for patients ranging from pediatric to geriatric.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise nurses delivering direct patient care
• Develop and implement care plans for clients
• Manage a caseload of 20-25 clients
