Staff Recruiting Specialist II - Iowa State University : Job Details

Iowa State University Human Resources (UHR) is seeking candidates for a full-time Staff Recruiting Specialist II (SRS). The SRS plays a critical role in the recruitment & selection process for all staff across the university in collaboration with campus leaders. The SRS reports to the Assistant Director of Talent Acquisition. As an SRS, you will:Lead and guide hiring managers through the full recruiting life cycle, building strong partnerships across all UHR functions and with campus leaders. Develop creative sourcing strategies, provide high-touch candidate and hiring manager care. Ensure best practices and compliance throughout the interview and hiring process. Be the subject matter expert for recruitment & selection policies and procedures, and stay up to date on local, state, and federal employment policies.
