Role: Staff Product Manager exp with Ad Tech

Location: San Bruno, CA: Hoboken, NJ: Bentonville, AR

Full Time Role

Salary: $160 K to $180 K Annually

Role Summary:

• Lead development of Connect's self-serve omni-channel ad platform.
• Leverage AI/ML and automation to optimize campaign outcomes.
• Enhance advertiser performance and shopper experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define product vision and roadmap using data, trends, and customer insights.
• Lead AI/ML-based automation across media planning, targeting, bidding, and measurement.
• Manage end-to-end product lifecycle – from research to launch and iteration.
• Collaborate with engineering, data science, UX, sales, and retail partners.
• Build scalable, self-serve tools for advertisers.
• Conduct competitive and customer research to inform strategy.
• Ensure products meet accessibility (WCAG 2.2 AA) and inclusion standards.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in CS, Engineering, Math, or related field.
• 5–7+ years in product management (ad tech, eCommerce, programmatic systems).
• Proven experience with AI/ML-driven optimization in advertising.
• Strong business judgment, analytical skills, and strategic thinking.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder influence.
