About the role:

Google's Network Engineering team manages a global network serving millions of users. The role involves ensuring network reliability, performance monitoring, hardware adjustments, and troubleshooting. It requires innovative problem-solving with evolving technologies to maintain system uptime and user connectivity.

Compensation:

The US base salary range is $171,000 - $254,000 plus bonus, equity, and benefits. Salary details depend on role, level, location, skills, experience, and education. Specifics will be shared during hiring.

Key responsibilities:

• Prioritize resources, maintain quality, and adhere to network standards.
• Collaborate as a subject matter expert to promote infrastructure standards.
• Manage network capacity, including BOM generation, deployment, device and vendor management, and workflow activation.
• Triaging network issues, root cause analysis, creating Maintenance Procedures, and supporting repairs and on-site activities.
