Handles policies execution, budget oversight, quality enhancement measures, and organizes educational programs to meet departmental and company goals.Essential Functions of the RoleYou'll coordinate patient care, promote evidence-based practices, conduct research, and advocate for patients, families, and staff.You'll manage department operations, including budgeting and staffing. Your role will also focus on ensuring the clinical specialty program runs efficiently and cost-effectively.Accountable for supportive work environment for nursing team.Emphasizes top-notch nursing practices and ensures safe space for patients, families, and staff.Key Success FactorsYou will need a solid grasp of nursing, patient care, medical terms, ethics, and privacy laws.Knowing how to care for different age groups is crucial too.Good communication, decision-making, problem-solving, and teamwork are key for success.Being professional, dedicated, and serving the community are also essential.Belonging StatementWe believe that all people should feel welcomed, valued and supported, and that our workforce should be reflective of the communities we serve.QualificationsBachelor's degree in nursingHave a minimum of (3) three years' experience in this fieldAre licensed as Registered NursesMust already have Basic Life Support certification or obtain within 30 days of starting in this role.
