Handles policies execution, budget oversight, quality enhancement measures, and organizes educational programs to meet departmental and company goals.Essential Functions of the RoleYou'll coordinate patient care, promote evidence-based practices, conduct research, and advocate for patients, families, and staff.You'll manage department operations, including budgeting and staffing.
