Basic Qualifications:

• Knowledge of different compilation steps (and ability to fix) in languages such as Go, C, C++, or Java.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to mentor and grow a group of other Software Engineers.
• Ability to lead projects with several cross-org dependencies and design complexities.
• Experience with large-scale training using data structures and algorithms.
• Familiarity with modern machine learning algorithms (e.g., tree-based techniques, supervised, deep, or probabilistic learning).

Qualifications:

• PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or related field.
• 8+ years of professional software development experience, developing and deploying systems in production environments.
• Experience with machine learning software such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Caffe, Scikit-Learn, or Spark MLLib.
• Ability to mentor and grow a group of other Software Engineers.
• Knowledge of anomaly detection techniques.
• Experience with deep learning.
• Understanding of scalable ML architecture.
• Experience with feature management.
• Familiarity with causal ML.
• Knowledge of reinforcement learning.

Compensation: Anticipated base 250-280k + bonus + equity and comprehensive benefits.
