Staff/Lead Mobile .NET Engineer - Onsite in Carlsbad, CA - $140k-170k Base + Bonus + Equity Local candidates only - Onsite 5 days/week in Carlsbad, CA! A stable and growing med tech device company is looking for a Staff/Lead Mobile .NET Engineer to be a Tech Lead for a small team of .NET mobile engineers using MAUI and Xamarin for Android and iOS development. Who You Are:

• 8+ years of professional software engineering experience
• 3+ years of mobile .NET engineering experience with MAUI or Xamarin
• Preferred tech leadership experience leading design and development
• Must live locally and be willing to work onsite 5 days/week in Carlsbad, CA
• No sponsorship or C2C available

What You'll Do:

• Lead the design and development of features, upgrades, and new products
• Lead a migration from .NET Xamarin to .NET MAUI
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Github, Jenkins, and Azure DevOps
• Upgrade platforms to improve cybersecurity

What does this position pay? Compensation is determined by several factors which may include skillset, experience level, and geographic location. The expected range for this role is $140,000 to $170,000 per year. Please note this range is an estimate, and actual pay may vary based on qualifications and experience.
