$175,000.00/yr - $225,000.00/yr

As a Staff Frontend Engineer, you will architect and implement user-facing features for novel healthcare applications. You'll collaborate across product, design, and engineering teams to deliver scalable and elegant frontend solutions that elevate patient-centric innovation.

Responsibilities

• Build frontend features using Next.js that meet modern UX standards
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate product requirements into performant code
• Integrate UI components with backend services
• Optimize performance, scalability, and responsiveness across devices
• Conduct code reviews and implement automated testing for reliability
• Debug, troubleshoot, and continually improve frontend workflows
• Stay ahead of emerging trends in frontend development
• Maintain high-quality, pixel-perfect implementations aligned with UI/UX principles

Requirements

• 5+ years frontend development experience (heavy focus on Next.js)
• Prior experience in a startup or early-stage environment highly preferred
• Bachelor's in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• Experience with RESTful APIs, GraphQL, Git, and automated testing frameworks
• Strong problem-solving and collaborative mindset
• Passion for healthcare innovation and interest in blockchain technology
• Prior healthcare industry experience is a plus
