Job Description :
Define and prepare job scopes and cost estimates for a wide range of project complexity and limited source information. - Provide leadership to multi-functional project team consisting of land, environmental, survey, mechanical design, construction, operations. - Provide accurate and timely cost projections and schedules. - Manage multiple projects simultaneously with a focus on cost control and in-service date. - Communicate clearly across all levels of the company, to public officials and contract personnel using all common forms of media. - Maintain relationship with Operations personnel in order to evaluate installed facilities and incorporate improvements into future facilities. - Maintain regular, dependable attendance with a high level of professionalism. - Work with minimal guidance regarding work prioritization and project execution.
