Staff Engineer - Ardurra Group, LLC : Job Details

Ardurra is seeking an entry-level Staff Engineer to join our team in Nampa, ID.

*Must have EIT certification*

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering
• EI/EIT or PE Certificate
• 0-3 years' experience in the civil engineering field
• Experience with AutoCAD Civil 3D and/or MicroStation is a plus
• Self-motivated, team-oriented individual capable of working on challenging projects in a team environment

• Assist in client contact and communication related to specific projects
• Assist in developing construction cost estimates for various projects
• Perform design tasks and prepare drawings under the guidance of experienced project managers, including construction inspection and oversight
• Keep the Project Manager informed of workload and any changes in project scope or additional services
• Contribute to the design components of various projects
• Provide information for specifications to the Project Manager or Project Engineer
• Research design options and present alternatives to the Project Manager or Project Engineer
• May serve as onsite project representative
• Perform additional duties as assigned

• Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer
• Ability to navigate various locations and settings of the company
• Occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds
• Must possess a valid driver's license and be able to operate a vehicle safely

$62,000 to $75,000 (DOE)
