Staff Engineer I, Platform Architecture - Samsung Electronics Co. : Job Details

Work with an engineering team from the requirements gathering phase to the release phase, solve difficult problems aimed at making the Customer experience seamless. Provide architectural guidance and establishing best practices for expanding the feature set of the platform in an extensible and scalable manner. Develop and deliver quality services and solutions using Node. JS, JavaScript, HTTP, REST, RDBMS, NoSQL, and other web technologies. Translate complex requirements into detailed design. Maintain current technical knowledge to support rapidly changing technology. Provide support for issues found in production, and to come up with short term and long-term solutions. Role and Responsibilities. Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, a related field, or a foreign equivalent plus 8 years of progressively responsible postbaccalaureate experience in job offered or any related engineering job titles.
